Project Description : A mixed-use development at the former Berol Pencil Factory on Ashley Road. This will include the National College for Digital Skills (ADA), a 6,000sqm new higher education college that offers opportunities for local students and those from further afield to learn a diverse range of skills for the digital age.

The development will also deliver over 160 new homes and will refurbish the existing Berol House to create a range of workspaces.
